James Murray is a freelance photographer based out of Jordan River, B.C. He has been primarily photographing the surfers of Vancouver Island and the cold water waves which they surf since 2006. Originally from the prairies of Alberta, he made the move to the west coast after traveling the world and falling in love with surfing. He has been featured in magazines both nationally and internationally, as well as having shown his work throughout galleries in western Canada.
